The location was very good for some of the popular sites in Rome. The room was a decent size and included a mini fridge. The free breakfast was a disappointment with it being a couple of items left in your room and fridge. The pictures of the courtyard listed in the website were no where to be found. Overall not a bad place as the location was convenient.

The pictures were very misleading, the bed was dirty, weird smell and there was water/hair on the floor. The free breakfast was not really a breakfast just some packaged food again very misleading. I checked out immediately and they wouldn’t give me a refund.

Okay for what you pay. Only issue is how you have to leave your physical key at the front desk so they can go into your room and clean/ put the basic bread/coffee. Felt a bit odd since anyone can just grab a key and go into a room. We did lock all our stuff in the giant droors. You get what you pay for let’s leave it at that

the good - beds were comfortable, AC worked, bathroom worked the bad - they provide breakfast but it very basic and contained those slightly soggy packaged croissants, the furniture is old and crowded the room, view from room was terrible. The hotel is near the top of the hill which is an issue on very hot days. Dont be deceived by the name - this is a very basic no frills hotel

Had a wonderful few days in Rome with my teenage son. Hotel was lovely, clean and in an ideal place to walk to most attractions. Lady who runs the hotel is friendly and very helpful. Will definitely return.

Fine but not great

Hotel is much smaller than it appears in the images. There is no communal space at all, or any facilities beyond the room. Rooms were decent and clean, and the location is excellent. WiFi was a little inconsistent.

The room keys were kept unattended in plain sight which compromises everyones security. We werent allowed to leave the hotel with our key. Room was so dusty it coulnt have been cleaned for weeks. Bathroom was not clean.

The location and pictures make it appear that this is a nice hotel. I would not recommend for several reasons: our floor bisected the window(fire hazard), exposed wires in the bathroom poking out of ceiling and wall, the beds were hideaways, the sheets were stained, the bathroom lock was installed backwards, the shower didn’t drain & overall the room needed deep cleaning.

We couldn’t find the hotel bc 1 email had 1 address another email had different address. Room was small. Half the lights in the bathroom worked. Fridge didn’t work. I notified 4 timed & issue was nit resolved before our departure. We were never showed how to get to breakfast. Pictures didn’t match what I thought I booked. Very disappointed!

I chose this property because its published check-in time is 9 AM, but when we arrived at round 11 AM, the front desk lady said the room was not cleaned and so not available yet. We were very disappointed because the check-in time is not as what it was promised. Also, there was no safe in the hotel room which we were disappointed too. The hotel was a little bit hard to find too. Other than that, the room was spacious, air conditioner was working very well, and the front desk lady was very nice.

The property is located in an interesting area, with many attractions within walking distance. The hostess was very nice and helpful. However, we didn't particularly enjoy the pastries offered for the continental breakfast. In terms of cleanliness, it was satisfactory. Overall, this is a nice place to stay if you're looking for an affordable and safe option without all the extra amenities this is the place for you.
