The room was worn-out, the lack of basic services, ie provisions for providing coffee / tea / water in or outside your room. Staff not friendly, no control or security of baggage when stored, etc, etc. The hotel was in a good location however and the hard uncomfortable bed was changed & cleaned over the three nights we stayed there. The hotel should rate as a 2 & half star as we have stayed in many hotels in Rome for the same cost and received much better service, presentation & finish.

You get what you pay for!! Stayed for 4 nights. Below average accomodation! This hotel didnt have electricity for one night and AC was non-functional for another night. They claim they are non smoking property and somehow magically the smoke gets into the rooms. They take guests violating the non smoking policy very lightly and instead gaslight you for calling them out on their BS. The rooms are tiny with no space to walk around. Breakfast is probably the only thing that's good about this place. Front desk staff are rude, arrogant and ignorant to your needs. If your going to stay here be prepared to settle for less.

The first night the air conditioning only blew air; not cool at all. The bathtub didn't drain. The second night The air conditioner was better and the drain was completely removed from tub. Unable to shower without getting the entire small bathroom wet. Light fixture by bed was falling off the wall.The only positive was proximity to train station.

Old hotel, seen better days, needs a good refresh. However good if you just want a place to sleep as you are out site seeing all day. Close to train stations, metro and walkable to city centre, shopping, tourist attractions and dining. Good budget hotel with a great location.

The room was very small and had poor air circulation, so it was typically very hot and stuffy. I also found bugs in my bed. The staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful.

Just keep in mind that the room is very small, two single beds and little space for luggage, I don't know who designed the bathroom, they are clumsy, inside the bathroom there is a toilet plus a bidet plus a bathtub, there is no curtain for the bathtub, the bathroom is terribly uncomfortable.

Overall, the property was a good value for the room and location to Termini station. The complimentary breakfast options were good too. The property rooms are dated but maintained in good condition. Recommendable for a stay up to 3-4 days.

Very convenient location for being in transit in Rome. Good value, clean and updated room, excelent breakfast. Would definitively be my choice If I were back in Rome by Termini Station area.
