The room was great and neat. The staff was friendly. The breakfast had some problems. The bread was not so fresh every day, and there were limited options. The variety of juices and fruits were also limited.

The room was spacious and clean, as was the entire hotel. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. This hotel has truly thought about its guests through the amenities it offers. The hotel’s connected rooftop restaurant was absolutely amazing. I want to emphasize just how friendly the staff were throughout my entire stay.

The location is very good in that it’s close to the train station (in and out from the airport), in front of Santa Maria Maggiore and minutes from the colosseu/forum. Good breakfast, clean roomsz. The front desk staff has a detached attitude —don’t expect a warm Mediterranean welcome.

I really enjoyed my stay at Major Hotel in Rome. The hotel is comfortable and well located, but what stood out the most was the staff. Everyone was incredibly kind, helpful, and welcoming, which made my stay especially pleasant. I would gladly stay here again.

Nice hotel, clean and comfy rooms. Front desk staff were excellent. Pillows were slightly hard, would be nice to have options. Everything was going well and I would have given it 5 stars had I not cut my head open on the shower head because it stands at 5’8” or so and I am 6’3”. I walked smack into it not even thinking about it. Ouch. Let’s get that corrected please with an upward water line, plenty of room to fix it to a standard height.

Cute little boutique hotel. Great location, nice and helpful staff, clean rooms. The only complaints I have is the breakfast wasn’t the best. The first day I had breakfast, it was 45 minutes until it ended and there was practically no food left, just bread. Tables were dirty and there were zero plates available. Only one employee working for the breakfast area. The rooms had fruit flies and the room was muggy with an odor upon entering. We just kept the window cracked during the winter temps to keep the room at a comfortable temperature. Overall, I would stay here again despite the complaints.

The location so near to Termini is a great advantage. Close but on a nice area. The personnel is very professional and very nice. The hotel is modern and comfortable. A real good option in Rome.
