The hotel is super close to the main train station which is easy so you don’t have to travel too far if you have big luggage or it’s your first time in Rome. It’s central so you can both subway or bus to the other neighbourhoods quickly or main tourist attractions like the Colosseum. The station is open early if you need to grab breakfast. Room was clean and good. Only thing is the rooms aren’t very sound proof. You can hear people walking in and out of the hallway and talking or sounds from TV or phones. Otherwise everything is good for the price.

Clean and convenient.

Clean and well maintained hotel. Friendly staff. Location is ok (close to the train station and the subway), but it is not a tourist or fancy area. So, if you want a convenient and clean place to sleep, go for it. But be aware that there is not much to do around it, you will need to take the subway.

The staff helped make the time great but I was really disappointed with this stay. The area was very undesirable. Many transients, very dirty walking down the street including lots of human waste around because of the people sleeping outdoors. The rooms are super outdated. The staff was lovely enough to upgrade us because our view was really not good. The beds are super hard, like laying on a box. Again, the staff was lovely but I will not be staying here again or in this area. I didn’t feel safe walking around.

The staff were amazingly helpful and welcoming. I’d left luggage there - for a week - on my way to Ginostra. Julieta so obliging and kind. Then back to the hotel yesterday - hot and dusty after a long day’s travel from the Aeolian islands - to a most warm welcome and a room upgrade. How fortunate was I! Comfortably ensconced for the night - I slept well - a great bed, loads of tea and coffee in the room - pristine bathroom - perfect. And so close to Termini - so no drama re catching my flight this morning. Thanks to all concerned - kind regards - Libby Nelson

Great hotel

I had a really good experience overall. The location was great, and the hotel felt safe and comfortable. The lobby representative was incredibly sweet, friendly, and welcoming truly a highlight of my stay. However, the overnight agent wasn’t as pleasant, which was a bit disappointing. Still, the overall vibe of the hotel was positive, and I’d definitely stay there again.

Great in a pinch!

I ended up booking on short notice and staying on a one-night unexpected stayover in Rome. The room was quiet, comfortable and dark enough to sleep well in the morning, internet was great. It’s a simple room but does the trick. Very convenient to Termini. I would stay again.

Yes Hotel, a big ‘Yes’, from us.

A great little hotel. OK, it’s not in the most salubrious area but it is in a quiet street, so convenient for the main station/Metro. Also, there is a bus terminus, literally 3 minutes walk away, so if it is too hot to walk (and it was!), there were easy ways to access everything in this fab city. Room was perfectly clean, breakfast was fine and the staff were friendly and extremely helpful. We would Most certainly stay here again.

The hotel was very close to Roma Termini for easy transport around the city. We did not need parking, but I could see that parking would be an issue if you were staying here with a rental car. The breakfast in the morning was great for the price and the staff was very friendly. The room and bathroom was very clean and spacious, it was perfect for my family of four. They also gave a wonderful printout of places to see with directions included! Very helpful Would stay here again!

Very nice boutique hotel. Property was very clean, and the staff was professional and helpful. Nice little breakfast area. Safe neighborhood, and only 2 blocks from Rome Terminal.
