Compare Ski Hotels in Roseburg

The hotel is in a great location. But the fridge didn’t work, the hair dryer was kind of hanging off the wall. I also got a $50 charge I wasn’t aware about. All I did was travel for work and was there to sleep. Wouldn’t be so bad, but not my favorite.

I really enjoyed our stay here, but through Expedia, I rented an ADA room, but when I arrived they had no knowledge of the request. They were able to find us a room with a walk in shower, but it had no safety bars, so I was not able to use it. Next time, I will not go through Expedia, but will reserve directly through the hotel.

The room was as the photos show. It was neat and fairly updated for the price. My upset was the noise. The walls were paper thin where 3 of my 4 nights of my stay were so noisy from the neighbor's tvs. and the last night kids were running down the hall at 8pm at night. I had an early flight home and was so frustrated by the constant noise. They apparently do not believe in blankets here, because my bed had a sheet, a thin throw blanket, and a decorative top "blanket" all as thin as a sheet. I should have asked for more blankets, but I didn't and that is on me. I just do not understand what has happened to the hotel industry. The hot tub was luke warm and the power jets did not work, which was the whole reason I chose this hotel over others in similar price range. The location of the hotel was convenient to highway and sight seeing things on my list of to-dos, but all in all, I will definitely not stay here again. My son lives in the area so I will pay more next time, or look for Airbnb's instead and hopefully have a more comfortable stay.
