Everything was broke down. The handicapped room had a bed down on the floor. It's room door jammed so you had to try twice to get it open. My family stayed in this motel in early May, it had a great morning breakfast room with wonderful food. The new franchise owner has turned the place into a junk motel. You have 1 staff person in morning that isn't at the desk and the 1 night clerk has you call sent to answering machine.
