It was very hard to figure out where to go to check in. Needs better signage in the parking garage. Upon checking out, I had mentioned that the water pressure is lacking. I have a lot of thick hair so it takes forever to rinse without good water pressure. They said it’s because we were on the 12th floor. Makes sense but make a note of it. Note to new travelers: You have to pay for parking before you check in. All this being said, the staff was great and we loved the location. We were able to walk to everything. We would stay here again.

Bathtub was all old and chipped. Tub would clog up while taking a shower, literally taking showers with water up to our ankles. The shower faucet didn't work well. It seems the carpet wasn't vacuumed, found dirty q-tip on the floor. Outside area, lot of homeless.
