The room had an unsatisfactory odor. It may have been coming from the carpet. The bathroom had a skunk-like odor after the door was closed for a while. The room HVAC unit was overpowering, blasting air horizontally into the room. Waters were not complimentary. We will not stay there again.

This hotel is nice, clean, but the free amenities were scarce. Gone are the days of little shampoos, lotions, or makeup wipes. There were complimentary bottles of water in the room, only for Diamond or higher members. Otherwise $3 each, there was a water refill station which was nice. The area is awesome, comedy club, barcade, movie theater, shops, good restaurants.

I absolutely love my stay here. I Didn’t even have to leave the hotel to get anything to eat. The hotel has its own restaurant. I would definitely book this hotel again.
