It needs updating

3 boxes of donuts is not breakfast, the cleaning ladies go way to early to clean before even checked out. And the naked women in the pool is beyond a problem

I cannot even begin to give a rating this reflects how amazing our stay was. This will be the only hotel we ever use when visiting Rosewell. 6 Stars.

Very friendly people

The room felt clean and comfortable and I love what seem like down pillows! The couch is torn on the edge of the cushion and looks very worn out. But everything else is nice. I like staying at this hotel. :)

Front staff was really nice. The pictures on the site are very deceiving. The hotel is run down, not in the greatest of areas. The rooms are also very run down. They obviously do not properly clean the rooms. We spilled water on the floor and the towel we used to clean up the water was black! We kept our shoes on anytime we had to walk around. Would not come back.
