I had to ask three times for housekeeping on the same day, not until the last time, The nice lady who was at the front desk at that time, Around 11 P.M. Took care of it right away, She apologize, got up immediately and got me a clean set of towels, at least.

As soon as you walk in, it smells like mold. The elevator also stunk too. The shower was confusing to adjust. Also has a lot of rust. Free breakfast wasnt great at all.

Don’t understand the 8 star rating

Our room was dirty and otherwise rundown. Pillow smelled, room smelled very strongly with a foul odor. Upon arrival, there was no hand soap. Asked for hand soap and was told “we’re out” with no other resolution. Won’t be visiting this location again.

This place is ok for the price. They didnt have hamd soap, like a basic thing like that escapes them. And dont ask the front desk, cause he'll just shrug his shoulders and say sorry. The water preasure in the shower was good, area around was good, dont bother with Chili's btw. There were staims in the bathroom and the breakfast was mid to ok. 2.5 stars

No greeting from the staff at check in. They seemed more bothered than friendly. I reserved three rooms for my group of 10. One of the room’s keys didn’t work, so my husband went back down to let them know. They gave him new keys which still did not work. The third time they gave us a new room, at the other end of the hall from our group, with one king sized bed instead of two beds. Two of my people had to sleep on the sofa beds, which was what I was trying to avoid by booking three rooms. No offer from the staff to make up for it, just this is what you get. Not even an apology. The light fixtures by the elevator were filled with dead bugs that you could obviously see. The pool looked like an active crime scene. There was a broken window, and a white tent with yellow caution tape around it, hence the crime scene feel. And last but not least, the breakfast! I appreciate a hotel that offers a hot breakfast, not just pastries and fruit. That was one of the selling points that made me book this place. The breakfast was just bad. The waffles were good but the eggs were green. Maybe it was still okay to eat but nobody in my group wanted to chance it. The gravy was just white water. The sausage links were all anybody would eat besides the three of us that had waffles. We ended up just checking out and going to eat somewhere else. I probably wouldn’t stay here again.

We were very happy to find this nice hotel in Roswell. It's in a nice area that feels safe, and to top it off there's a Texas Roadhouse right across the street. :) They are doing some remodel which is great, and it did not bother us at all.
