Reception staff were very pleasant and helpful. This gave a positive vibe from the first encounter. Staff seem to appear from no where and are ever willing to ensure your stay is perfect. Lovely fluffy white towels and facecloths. Shared kitchen was well equipped. Great value for money and we appreciated the upgrade to a bigger room.

Room was extremely small. There was no way that we could get decent ventilation and had to have the fan running all the time moving where we were. The beds were. The price was exorbitant given the room conditions. There are other backpacking places in Rotorua that looked like they might be nicer. Would not recommend this place.

The rooms were very clean and tidy. I stayed in one of the smaller rooms and it seemed a lot smaller than what i was expecting, but it was adequate for what i needed. I was there for an event out of town, so this was suitable for a short stay or if you are just passing through. Staff are very polite and friendly. The property is located directly in the center of town and unfortunately i noticed some noisy locals out on the street around midnight on the Friday and Saturday nights. Hopefully not a common occurrence, but otherwise the place is a great place to stay at.

Horrible, llegué a las 6 pm, salí por 2 horas y cuando regresé, alguien entró por la puerta principal con un destornillador y salió por la ventana, la cual quebró y me robaron mis AirPods, kindle, celular, y todos los cargadores y cables.
