No pool as advertised on hotels.com. I used the filter for hotels with pools in the area and it said "2 indoor pools" on the description. Nice big rooms. Staff friendly and helpful.

Breakfast was buffet style. The standard room clean & comfortable with a good shower. The view from the room was of an internal alleyway, it was dark so this time of year not a problem, but if that bothers you you'll need to upgrade your room type. The room heated up quickly when the radiator was turned on, but we were woken in the night by the heating making horrible noises and had to turn the radiator off to stop the noise and to get back to sleep.

Staff on check-in were excellent. Bar service as usual was dreadful, you have to hunt around the hotel to find someone to serve you and we couldn't get a drink in the hotel after 11pm on Saturday night. The manager still lacks people skills and is very abrupt to the verge of being rude. Breakfast has gone down hill since I first stayed here. I have stayed here several times but this will certainly be the last, there are far better hotels in the area in the same price bracket.

Toilet seat was loose, and no soap in the dispensers. The bedroom windows were wooden framed and did not stop traffic noise, there was a carpark light shining up into our window, the curtains and blind did nothing to stop the light shining in. The TV remote did not work and the couple in the room next to ours were really noisy and had the TV on loud and the women kept screaming. The rooms definitely need sound proofing. Would not stay again. Room 66

Room was ok but no bedside lights so it’s either lights on full or off, had to find staff at breakfast, the breakfast buffet was cold, there were no beans and 1/2 hour later they still hadn’t been topped up, Was ok for one night but won’t be rushing back

Nice hotel, with parking, didnt use much of the facilites as it was a base for an evening out, just the right distance for a pleasant walk back from the town.

This was a stop off before dropping my son at University so didnt have high expectations but our room wasnt that clean and was boiling hot, it was cold outside so you would have thought that we could open a window and let some cold air in but the air that came in was boiling....It was probably about 30degrees in there and they even provide a big fan so they are aware of the heat problem. We both couldnt sleep at all and then came to use the very complicated shower! Not the best experience. Good parking though.
