Had a great stay - lovely staff and the hotel was nice. Only one thing was that the floor in the room had not been hovered properly. We did not notice this at first but there was quite a large clump of blonde hair on the carpet. I just picked it up with paper and all was fine!

I stayed in room 21, and was disappointed that a water pump was in a loft area above the room, and every time somebody ran a tap hot or cold it started the pump off,,, lasting around 30 seconds it never stopped all night, certainly disturbing my sleep, I accepted the small room, my choice but the noise was never ending,, I’ll never be returning…

Unfortunately we were in a ground floor room with a view of a wall and therefore it was very dark. Breakfast is buffet. Basic choice but food was tasty and hot Excellent lication, 10 minute walkninto town centre with plenty of shops and restaurants. 5 minutes drive to Warwick Castle

Jepherson hotel

Very g ood, great location close to high street, Jephson gardens. Warwick castle, Kenelworth Castle, a twenty minute erive ftom Edge hill. Stratford upon Avon. Cvery good value for money.

The property was conveniently located and the staff very helpful but we were disappointed by the menu as we were looking forward to steak. Also the gin selection was poor and the scrabbled egg at breakfast was such that we decided not to eat any. Normally a hotel of this standing would offer fruit with breakfast but there were no healthy options in our opinion.

Amazing two day stay at Jephenson Hotel. Staff was very friendly and room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very good and when I asked them they even did poached eggs for us.

Peaceful place to stay

Rooms were clean and well equipped, extra fan provided also do to the hot weather. Dinner was good, and breakfast had a wide selection.
