We booked a family room for a night's stay and was pleasantly surprised. The room was spacious and clean, looks like it was recently redecorated. Only negative is the single pane windows. Staff were friendly and helpful, quick check in and check out. Free parking, which was great. Can walk into Leamington quite easily. The breakfast wasn't bad. The eggs weren't great but the rest was nice. I would return to stay in the same room if in the area again. Other rooms, look to be quite small but couldn't comment further on that.

Can't recommend staying here.

The venue is tired and run down, the exterior is uninviting, the staff are friendly and helpful, overall I can't recommend staying there. It's single glazed so the room was very hot, there's no AC, you do get a fan, but it's not really up to the job. The bathroom really lack privacy, but was nicely fitted out.

Room was really teeny. My husband had to wait downstairs while I got ready as there wasn’t enough space for 2. Also room was by a huge insulated pipe outside. That was the view and it smelt in the morning of breakfast being extracted. Couldn’t fault the cleanliness.
