Good hotel very good staff BUT like a lot of older Hotels no A/C there was a fan in the room but windows didn’t open enough to make a difference so room was like a oven stupid health and safety but would recommend the hotel

The water in the shower was too hot and could not be adjusted enough. The taps in the sink did not allow enough room to rinse one's hands easily. When the bar closed in the evening, we had to move to another part of the lounge area. The receptionist was extremely helpful in giving us a lift to the station so that we could catch our train. The breakfast was excellent.

Little get away

Very nice rooms, lovely small touches like leaving the radio on for when you go into your room. Makes a difference. Only two faults were: only one towel in room and the toilet look brush wasn’t clean. Will happily stay again however.
