Excellent accomodation for an early morning flight. Rooms are very clean and roomy. They have free luggage storage which was brilliant for Aussie travellers going to Germany for a few days.

Early Departure

Hotel check in was easy and quick. The pool and surrounding area was very cold no sauna as door broken just steam room. Requested twin beds but got double. They did rectify this very quickly. As a Silver member didn't receive qualifying perk. For the money no good.

I found it easy to find via public transport, staff were welcoming and friendly. I was upgraded for my night, received a morning call and it made my holiday experience better, as I felt it started that night. Thank you!

Very convenient for Manchester airport However room temperature out of control 24c on late arrival no AC on in room, set AC to cool and fan on full but temp increased overnight to 25c Informed reception on early morning checkout , advised would report it but have heard nothing Also water pressure in room very low Indicates that hotel systems are not maintained effectively Hotel bar prices ridiculous…… hotel clean and well presented In summary mutton dressed as lamb …….
