The staff were pleasant, the breakfast was nice. But my room was stark and I felt more like I was in a hostel and a "cozy" hotel. The bed was placed length ways along the wall, with a 1 meter gap at the head of the bed and a bucket chair at the end. Admittedly it was a comfy bed for sleeping, but there was no real way to sit comfortably in the room. I could move the pillow to against the wall and sit across the bed, but it wasnt ideal. I have to be honest and say this was one of the most disappointing rooms I've stayed in (and I travel a lot). Also no tea and coffee, no fridge, just a tiny bar of soap and a liquid soap dispenser in the bathroom. No frills!
