Pleasant surprise.

Pleasantly surprised for a motel type stay. Room was very nice, clean, good pillows, travel amenities like plugs on bedside tables. Big screen tv. Would stay again.

Convenient dining options all around. Check in was quick and staff was accommodating with extra blankets and pillows. Beds were a little too firm but not totally uncomfortable. Had to throw a sheet on the couch due to some questionable stains. Other than that the room was very clean.

key system to the rooms gave us an issue and we had to go up and down to get the front desks attention many times. One of the front desk girls appeared sick and had the sniffles and red rashes on her face while trying to help and she was in no shape to be there but the other one was the one running around fixing things. At the end the helpful one actually came up and helped get the door open. Thanks to her.

Good, but could have been great.

The interactions with the staff was always great. Mari, at breakfast was very at her job, keeping up with everything, very friendly and accommodating. One evening, a few of us were in the lobby, snacking. They were nice enough to turn on the lights for us, and give us plates and napkins to help us out. The worst part about the trip is that the room was never serviced. I was told that it would be done every 3 days, but we checked in on Thursday and checked out on Tuesday, but the room was never cleaned. We were given supplies as we requested, but still.

The room we stayed seem to have pretty thin wall. We stayed on the first floor and heard other guests in other room near by us all night, especially we can also heard people in the room above us walked with heavy footsteps. So if you sensitive to sound then this is not the place for you.

The staff are very friendly. The check in person has a smile during check in. The lady refilling the food for breakfast is very nice and hard working. The am breakfast is great, there’s hot food eggs, sausage and potatoes. I was able to make my own waffle/ pancake. They have variety of food, fruits, yogurt, coffee and tea. It is conveniently located closed to entrance of freeway. There are other restaurants close by. Overall experience is great.

Chose the hotel for the pool and hub tub…both closed. Breakfast was substandard. Room was clean but that was the only plus. Cut my stay short to go elsewhere for the pool and hot tub.

Weekend in Rocklin

Overall the trip was good. The only complaint we had was that our phone rang at 3 in the morning. When we answered it, they asked us if we were the room that had requested extra toilet paper. If this was a true call from the front desk, you would think they would know which room to call.
