Clean rooms, terrible host

My husband and i stayed here for a family get together as we as alot of our family. The rooms were average but clean, nothing fancy but affordable. All of that aside we were met with a very rude front desk host, she acted like we were all a total inconvenience even though we greeted her with nothing but a good attitude. We had numerous encounters with her throughout the night each worse than the first. When leaving we asked for her name to which she replied "I dont have to tell you that" we explained that she was very rude and we'd like to talk to her manager about it. She proceeded with telling us bye repeatedly and then used some foul language towards my husband when he asked for a receipt. I would have said i enjoyed my stay. But the way we were treated is unacceptable, so we will not be back.

I have several complaints to make about this property. The heater did not work. They brought in the maintenance person two times to try to fix it on something that when he came the first time was not working. The person at the front desk was not friendly was not workable was very rude. We ended up having to get another room, but you could tell that she wasn’t happy about that. I would love to be refunded for this day. It was terrible. Please contact me as soon as possible. I do not want to pay for the stay that we had

Great place to stay off I80 to Reno

The staff is courteous, the rooms were clean and comfortable. We thought we got a room with a king bed, but it was a queen, but that was all right. It worked.

Holiday getaway

Large rooms, clean and quiet. The hotel is a little dated but well kept. Standard hotel breakfast. Staff was friendly and courteous. Have stayed here several times and will stay again.
