The entire hotel had a complete cigarette smell. Both rooms had something wrong. A lamp cover was ripped and broken. Stains were on the bedsheets. The kitchen sink was clogged so water was not going down. There was no hotel working phone in one of the rooms. In my mother in law's room with my three kids there were construction going on where it was difficult for them to sleep through. So much noise coming from the other rooms as they were thin. This was by far the worst hotel experience we've had. I went for a walk outside the premises and it smelt like urine, trash was everywhere, and it definitely felt unsafe. I also used the fitness center one morning where equipment was broken.

Was told while checking in that they updated the rooms. && that there is no more carpet now they have wood looking floors. Got to my room & there was still carpet. It wasn’t updated. & windows were left open I assume to get the smell of smoke out but it made the room cold. & the tv I tried turning on to drain the sounds I could hear through the walls and people form outside but that too didn’t work.

Overpriced, filthy blood covered mattress, mysterious stains and dirty towels. Avoid at all costs. Experian shouldnt even list this property and were very unhelpful to me and my companion for finding another hotel on short notcie. Biohazard!

The room smelled like urine, very limited parking with very small parking spaces, the AC was loud and also weirdly smelled bad which made it hard to sleep, lots of paint and obvious room damage so take pictures before your stay in case they charge you for something you didn’t do. Wouldn’t recommend and will not stay again

Disappointed

Mattresses and pads disgusting. Clean sheets and pillowcases after I asked. Pillows dark yellow almost brown. Walls have guck all of them are dirty.when we got it at 10 bathroom was filthy urine on toilet hair on bath mat smudges in shower . They made it priority while we were out. Came back nothing cleaned so manager came up and scrubbed. Staff friendly eager to please but it’s not a nice hotel

The property had very limited parking, There was an unexpected deposit required at check in. The room is in severe need of repair, the door lock was broken, bathroom fixtures falling off the wall, bed most uncomfortable i have ever slept in. Lights flickered on and off everytime someone in the room above walked around. And the morning coffee was horrible. In short i will never stay here again and would recomend to everyone to book anywhere else.

This is a review of my 3rd stay. This time got room 113, it was nice and had a basic remodel. Bed was nice. Breakfast is good, the hot food is served to you one plate and filling. I am in town for regular health care and this week was in budget. Hope to stay here again
