The room is comfortable and of good size but feels smaller than expected due to the curved wall. Good view on high floor. Convenience location, right at subway and a mall. Storage arrangement is not optimal, there is only one drawer for storing clothes. G

• The staff were kind, helpful, and professional. • The room was clean; however, the décor and furnishings were outdated. • Both the guest room and bathroom require renovation. • Breakfast offered a good variety of choices; however, the coffee machine was outdated and did not produce hot, fresh coffee. • The location was very convenient, with direct access to the subway/MTR, a shopping mall, and many surrounding restaurants.

Excellent service and very convenient location - just minutes from Tseung Kwan O station and various buses to central Kowloon. Staff were able to accommodate my request for two beds even when I could only book one on Expedia, with a short wait. If given the chance, I will definitely stay here again.

Our room was wonderfully clean and spacious, and I loved the air purifier that kept the air feeling fresh. Every morning, we were treated to a fantastic breakfast with a huge selection of healthy, quality foods. The entire staff made us feel right at home; everyone from the front desk and lobby to the restaurant and shuttle bus driver was so friendly, welcoming, and eager to help.
