Making a quick stop in Hiroshima with my son. Hotel had been recommended by a friend. Great recommendation. Location was central to everything we wanted to do. The staff was especially accommodating. Comfortable, clean room. Everything one wants when booking a room.

Smallest hotel bedroom I’ve ever seen

I had a twin bed bedroom and it was the smallest hotel bedroom I’ve ever stayed in. The twin beds were pushed together against the walls on three sides, so whoever gets the furthest bed has to climb over the other bed to get in and out. Between the beds and the “desk” there’s barely any room to open one suitcase on the floor.

Staff was nice to let me leave my backpack to go on my tour and check in afterwards. My stay was only for a night but I was comfortable my whole stay. They have two choices of breakfast, Western and Japanese. I chose the Japanese breakfast and it was good. The hotel is close proximity to the peace memorial park and other restaurants and convenience stores.

I liked the idea of the hotel as it’s close to the peace museum. The staff are nice, but even with google translate two concierge employees couldn’t help me to find dinner options, even with such a basic request. The room is nice and clean but the shower / bathroom just has a feeling of low cost when this is clearly a luxury hotel. The lack of plugs in the room isn’t ideal when needing to charge multiple Devices. The rooftop view is very mediocre and the Restraunt on the roof is quite unappealing. With that said I did think the room and lobby were nice.

Brilliant place to stay when visiting Hiroshima and wanting access to the Peace Park. So walkable. Staff are super helpful. Beds were comfie and rooms large enough for our family. Overpriced food and drinks at the hotel but so many options on your doorstep. Would totally recommend. Brilliant service including late checkout for IHG members until 2pm.
