Inconfort totale!

Confort catastrophique, en demandant au gerant que les lits sont pas confortable et au lieu de m'ecouter, il coupe ma discution avec "ce n'est pas possible car c est de la literie a plus de 2500euros", je ne vois pas le rapport avec ma plainte, des poils et cheveux les draps( photos a l'appuie ), responsable trop autin, en tout cas plus jamais Kyriad.
