The property needs updating. Uncomfortable bed, outdated furniture and bathroom fittings. No aircon and windows barely opened. Good location but overpriced for what it is.

Bad experience

To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to express my serious concerns regarding the hygiene standards in Room assigned during our recent stay. Upon arrival, we observed several cleanliness issues, including the presence of 5 moths, for which I have video evidence. Additionally, only one large towel and one small towel were provided for two adults and an infant. We found another one even in the morning in the curtains as we were leaving. We stayed for less than 8 hours and had Medical appointment so unfortunately we just reported to the reception and left. These unsanitary conditions significantly impacted my family's experience, and I believe they are directly linked to a skin reaction developed by my baby. I have already brought these matters to the attention of the reception staff and am prepared to provide the video recording as substantiation. Arrived very late due to flight delays . I mentioned on my booking comments and during the online check-in that I will be arriving after midnight. Luckily I did the online check-in because otheii would be no show. Room needs upgrading. Bed ok Bathroom very 80's Expensive breakfast Not sure will come back

View from the hotel room was very nice , room itself was a good size and a big bed decor was very dated phone was from the early 1990’s whole room and bathroom could do with a renovation broken tiles in the bathroom hot tap for the bath was not working had to fill the bath using the out dated shower unit , only had half a toilet roll for my 2 night stay and no replacement, bed linen and towels did not smell freshly washed and actually smelt like someone else had used them before , the breakfast buffet was very nice and a wide variety staff were very friendly and check in was quick and easy on a whole the room was nice and quiet Would I stay there again probably not but I didn’t dislike my stay there and served its purpose as was out watching the test match all day it , it was easily accessible by car and had good parking and walking distance to old Trafford cricket ground and good facilities around the hotel

I was luckly to be in a room looking over some of the Salford Quays, so had a lovely outlook. I was able to walk to places I wanted to see. Staff were all helpful and friendly and professional. Nice room, according to the literature, due for updating. Weather was hot so air conditioning may be something the Hotel might consider for the future

Great price for location

The hotel is in need of updating however it’s clean and staff are friendly. Great price for location so we return regularly when visiting family. We were given a free room upgrade this time which was much appreciated.

2 night stay. Communal areas are pleasant. We didn't use the restaurant so cannot comment. Outdoor seating area is quiet and relaxing - maybe some more comfortable seating would be better. Some parts of the rooms are a little outdated. Notices in reception show upgrading is an ongoing project. The rooms were comfortable and clean. Fans provided as no air-con. We would stay again if needed to be in the area.

Convenient hotel with great parking.

The hotel is very convenient for the Lowry; Media City; trams to Trafford Centre and City Centre; motorway network. We were very grateful that the hotel had provided a fan in the room because the daytime temperatures had been close to 30 degrees C.
