The room was very dirty and in a very sketchy part of town. The a/c unit was as loud as a small generator, the bathroom was filthy, and appliances were old and not clean. Will not be staying again, especially for $130/night. This would only be acceptable at $60/night.

They took forever to get me checked in, after which they keep saying my card is being declined but my bank said they keep seeing google pay transaction so when I finally asked them to charge and allow me to tap my card it worked fine and was not declined. But the most annoying of all was that I had to have my key card to enter the room updated everyday. I would come back tired and it will not work. They said it was because I kept it next to my phone but I kept it in a separate bag and it still didn't work. stayed 4 days and probably had to have it updated each day.

Mostly Meh.

The bed was comfortable and the room was mostly clean, but the bathroom was in terrible condition with obvious flood damage. Our curtains had many old repairs and were in rough condition at best. We were also placed at the room nearest the lobby and under the breakfast area so it was very loud in the morning.

OK for an OK Hotel

Everyday my key card would stop working and I would have to go back down to get new ones. The room was very noisy with water flowing in the ceiling, and the AC/FAN also was very noisy. Finally had to use ear plugs. The breakfast was nice and had a nice variety for things.

This motel is in a terrible location downtown. I highly recommend not booking this location. The AC wasn't working. There was a leaky faucet all night and a terrible leak in the closet. I booked through Expedia for 3 nights and checked out early with the front desk. I asked if there were any issues checking out a day early, and they said "no". Now I can't get my refund for the last night because the motel won't allow it. Spoke with Mia and Jason, and they refused. Unless you are destitute, I would not recommend staying in this particular location EVER!

Good location, perfect for Downtown nightlife walks, but the property has maintenance issues. The room I was originally booked in had an A/C unit that had unhealthy fumes, they should have in no way even offered that room to guests. And in the actual room I stayed in, the A/C was also noisy, so I turned it off. The showers leaked onto the floor, which was not a great positive. Beds were clean however.

I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. I would not recommend it to anyone. The staff were unhelpful and unaccommodating throughout my visit. My room was separated from the main hotel, which was inconvenient. The air conditioning didn’t work, and the overall cleanliness was unacceptable—there were black stains on the bed sheets and visible grime in the bathroom sink. This was by far one of the worst hotel experiences I've had.

The hotel was relatively cheap to everything around it and still provided for a comfortable and safe stay. Location is also a short 10-20 minute walk from downtown with a lot of dining options.
