We arrived at the check in time of 3pm, just be told our room wasnt ready and we needed to wait 25/30 mins. Then upon entering the room, the floor was still dirty.

Clean spacious room. Bathroom clean. Great standard breakfast. Safe neighborhood. Walkable to Salt Palace Convention center (about 15 min) and Lightrail station to airport (1 block to Courthouse station), and 20 min to Temple Square. Would stay again.

It was surprisingly quiet considering the location. Breakfast does not start till 7am on Saturday, but I was able to get a cup of coffee at 6:30am. Shower did not work very well, lower faucet kept running while shower head was engaged. Overall, it was fine.
