I loved the location of the hotel right in the heart of everything. Easy walking distance to Trafalgar Square, West End shows, Covent Garden, Chinatown and several tube stations. The room was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The staff were friendly and cheerful.

The Strand is an excellent place to stay while in London. The staff will greet you with a smile and help you with any question or problem. The rooms are very clean. The location is great for heading to the theater, shopping, food, and the Tube/Underground. Book your stay and the Strand and enjoy your trip.

Very clean property with easy access to shopping. Staffs willingness to help was inconsistent. Customer Service desk was useless. Each time i asked for something they couldn't help or even be creative in suggesting solutuons. Gentleman who helped us get our Uber at 6 am was wonderful. Housekeeping was good except always supplied decaf coffee instead of regular.

My 3 night stay with Expedia and as a Gold member had an excellent experience in a small double bed room just a few weeks ago. This time booking again for 1 night, the room was not as good at all, single twin bed, TV didn’t work, and soap dispenser in the bathroom kept coming lose when pressed to dispense.
