The room was great! The pool was closed for maintenance but they partnered with the neighboring property to allow us to use their pool. The staff was kind and helpful.

Pros: very clean, comfy bed, little couch in the room, friendly staff Cons: shower knob was broken so you had to wedge a towel in it to keep it at a bearable temp, breakfast is available but you pay for it, paid parking, pool closed (I know that happens but I wish they would post it at booking) Just overall for how expensive it is I felt that more should be included. But the hotel itself was very nice

Average Courtyard. Spent a couple nights at the Downtown Denver Courtyard just before which had impeccable service. One day housekeeping forgot to clean the room until notified at 7 pm. Maintenance did not fix the shower leak until the front desk was notified twice. No bottles of water for guests to enjoy on the hotel. The service was poor and the rooms average. The main benefit is that it’s close to the Delta Center across the road.

Nice place, clean, comfy

Was great, easy check in, friendly. I wish there wasn't a parking fee, or atleast specific spits for hotel guests to park, because its open oaid parking for delta center as well.
