Stayed 3 nights: Pro: Very helpful staff, very nice and clean room. Small snack and wine bar handy. Good breakfast. Con: Very understaffed at night with only one person on duty. That person is expected to run front desk, serve in bar, cook food that is ordered, answer phones and guest issues. Each night the staff person was great, but badly needed help. Also don't get room on street side as very noisy until midnight.

The hotel is pet friendly, but there is no pet area to take your dog to the bathroom. The security is good as far as entering the building, but they should consider the security around the property because someone attempted to rob my partner right in the parking lot.

The hotel is very average. We were in town for a conference and the hotel on the next block is absolutely beautiful and has incredible staff (we ate at The Bar at Asher Adams) and costs less per night! The hotel lighting and bathroom at the Hyatt reminded us of a hospital. We unfortunately were at an event with Charlie Kirk before he was assassinated and decided to check out early to return home. The hotel was not understanding of the situation and denied our partial refund request. Stay elsewhere! Even under the best circumstances this place is so overpriced and bathrooms/rooms are subpar.

I stayed two nights for a concert nearby and thought the hotel and my room were just great. Clean, quiet, modern and spacious King room with a very comfy bed. Front desk staff very nice staff, nice little breakfast options include, easy location.

We enjoyed resting here for a night. When we got into the room, the bathroom door hinges were squeeking loudly. My husband talked to the front desk asking for WD40. As it was midnight then, they offered cooking spray. It fixed the sqeeking and we slept peacefully. Extra points for the creativity.

A good hotel ruined.

I have rarely felt less welcome when checking into a hotel. The young man on the desk, his name tag said Caleb, simply said 'Yes?' No 'Welcome to The Hyatt' or similar that may have given me the impression I was actually welcome at the hotel. The room was actually very nice, with lots of room and very clean. It had a fantastic tv in it. Breakfast the next day was chaotic, there was a large party of, I assume, Chinese people having breakfast taking up all of the tables. When we eventually found a table it had not been cleared. I went to get some fruit and there was a long line of people filling plastic bags full of fruit. It was the same situation with bagels and i witnessed a women with 10 to 12 boiled eggs in two bowls. I was travelling with my 21 year old son who has Autism and learning difficulties who was getting increasingly agitated so we couldn't wait to get out. I would suggest that the hotel should put staff in the dining area to prevent what was basically theft that prevented other guests from getting the breakfast they paid for, Check-in and breakfast spolied a nice hotel.
