Very good price, especially considering we got a room with an in-room jacuzzi! The hotel shows some wear, but very comfortable and literally the best deal around. It is a pet friendly hotel, so there were some barking dogs in the night. But overall, an incredible deal for a very comfortable stay.

Staff support was lacking, the room I looked at and thought I chose according to pics with a hot tub in the room and the room supposedly being an executive King was not correct, refused to change or upgrade although we offered to pay any difference. The TV's (2) would not work and they would not come fix them. Unable to use the laundry room as there were clothes in and on the dryer. The toilet would not flush. We had to go to the desk, request a plunger, and fix it ourselves. There was mold growing inside the soda machine dispenser. We loaded up our stuff and decided the misery wasn't worth it and went to a place we knew we would get what we paid for and were very happy paying more for a quality stay.

Breakfast photos show hot foods only to have just cereal, bread and waffles. Night clerk was extremely rude until I told her attitude is not necessary for our transaction. She seemed bothered and upset she had to check us in. It’s ran by people from India so their accents are heavy where you can only understand a few keywords. They are short with patience and talk down to you when interacting. This place is a scam don’t fall for the photos like I did. Do NOT stay here.

Floor and shower/bath rub were filthy. Our socks stuck to the floor b/c the person who stayed for us must have spilled something sticky and housekeeping never bothered to clean it up nor sweep the floor. There were pumpkin seed shells and crumbs all over the floor when we checked in. The fridge was broken and water was leaking out if the bottom when we checked in. There was mildew in the shower/bathtub in the walls were filthy. I had to call two separate times over two days to request the trash to be removed and for clean towels because one fulfilled the request the first time I asked.

They did make acccommodation for our limited mobility. The room was clean, the beds were too soft for our needs and there were no additional blankets. Perhaps the worst disappointment was the continental breakfast. Only one waffle machine with a backed up line and several food items were gone when we ate at 8 am.
