It is close to all the necessary amenities including restaurants, bars, shopping, gas and places of worship.

This beautiful four bedroom, two bath, 1750sqf home is located in an exclusive, upscale, quiet & peaceful neighborhood and it includes everything you need. The 4 bedrooms include beds for 10 people plus a a folding bed which very comfortable! This home can sleep a total of 11 people. It is fully furnished & equipped and has smart TV which can be used to watch Netflix and all cables channels in both living room and master bedroom, wifi and washer & dryer, Wood burning fireplace. High Ceilings and skylights make this a bright and inviting space. Home includes an amazing Sun-room to enjoy the sun light combined with a game-room to have some fun while home. House is babies friendly and includes a highchair and a crib \ Pack n' Play. Outside you will have huge backyard with a dreamy patio which includes games, BBQ, Cornhole and plenty of sitting area and a hammock & plenty of mature trees gives a park-like feel. You will have private parking spots plus plenty of parking off street. You can use the Neighborhood’s tennis court that is located a few minutes walking from the house. I can assure you will love it!

- You are welcome to enjoy the house in its entirety from the kitchen to the backyard.
- There is a private patio to sit and relax with BBQ you can freely use.
- The garage is out of use yet you will have private parking for 2 cars plus plenty more off street.

This house is located in the northern part of San Antonio. Quiet and peaceful. You have all the necessary amenities right next to you in a walking distance such as shopping, gas, groceries, synagogue, church and all kind of restaurants. About 5 minutes drive to the famous Northstar shopping mall, parks and to the airport. 10 minutes drive to the Zoo, Botanical gardens and to the Medical center. 15 minutes drive to Six flags, Downtown & Riverwalk, Sea world and more. Perfectly located in the middle of everything!
Close to Loop 1604 and HW 281. Car is recommended and you can use Metro bus. Ride sharing is popular in San Antonio and we have Lyft and Uber. Popular nearby attractions are a short drive away.

- We ARE pet friendly for up to two pets, but we need to know if you will be traveling with furry companions. We charge a $50 flat cleaning fee for the stay, to account for the additional time necessary to clean in these cases.
- The garage is not available as it is occupied by the owner at times. It is completely separated from the house with a private separated entrance, it is not shared with the house in any way and it is surrounded by a fence so you can rest assured to have complete privacy.
- During your stay, I can connect you with recommended high-quality professionals who provide in-home treatments such as massages, facial treatments or private dining with a private chef. Feel free to ask me about it.

Nice house

The house was very nice, clean and in a great location. Plenty of room for a large family or group. Daniel was responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. My only suggestion is to clean up the backyard a bit. There are rocks instead of grass which is fine but there are tons of leaves and sap from old tree back there which makes it hard to enjoy the yard. Also, the hot water comes out extremely hotttttttt to the point of burning you. That needs to be adjusted to prevent an accident. Our stay was comfortable and we would stay there again.

We stayed two nights. Comfortable beds, clean house and nice neighborhood are the highlights. Not far from riverwalk or six flags (our destinations). Older property but everything worked well and would definitely consider another stay here on our next visit.

Wedding Weekend

Many family members stayed at this property for my son’s wedding. The house offers lots of space for sleeping and hanging out. Location is convenient to 1604 and places we wanted to go. Great outdoor spaces but it was too hot to be out. Nice enclosed porch adds extra space. Great communication by the host. I would book again at this spot.

Great Stay

We only needed to stay one night in San Antonio. The house was so nice, we wished we could stay longer. Well furnished and great layout. The back yard has a nice corn hole game setup that we and the kids enjoyed. Definately recommend this property!

Great stay in a great location

This was a home run location and house for our recent family weekend in San Antonio. The location can't be beat as it is only 10-15 mins from Airport and 15-20 mins from downtown. Great restaurants/shopping near by and also slightly halfway between Lackland and Bullis. Wicked comfortable "atrium" that we used every afternoon/evening to play card and socialize. Pet friendly is nice! Daniel is awesome host and answered all of our questions quickly. Would definitely stay again.

This house is in a great area. Easy access to 281 and 1604. It fit our group well-plenty of bed space. My family had fun with the fooseball and cornhole. We also really enjoyed sitting outside on the lighted patio.

Perfect for our bachelorette

Check in was at 3 pm, housekeeping was still there cleaning when we arrived but we didnt mind! Also help kept us mindful of how we left the place after our visit. Rooms and house were beautifully kept. Binder of rules were helpful. We had about 9 girls, which the house had plenty of room for. We were able to decorate with balloons for our bride to be and cook and have a little arts a craft in the linai area. It was perfect. Quiet time at 10 pm which we respected. Only complaint is the height of the mirror in the bathroom, but I'm 5 feet so thats my challenge. Haha!

the only thing the house did not have and I had one is a can opener and that might be do to the last people there we had 11 people with us and we had alot of room for all and as far as the WiFi you just have to know how to look on the back of the box and get the number not hard at all I would stay at this house again

This house is perfect for anyone visiting San Antonio. Close to the airport and all the major attractions. Plus it’s easy to hop over to nearby towns like Boerne and New Braunfels. Definitely recommend this place!!

HOUSEGUEST BEWARE!!!!!!

Potential houseguest be aware!!!!! This house is nothing as described in the pictures. Do not be fooled as we were. Everything in the house is very rundown, old, dirty and broken. When we first entered the house, we were not able to get Internet right away and we tried to call the property manager, and there was no answer for several days. We stayed there a total of five days and they never got back to us till the third day. There were so many problems with this house that they couldn’t even fix them all while we were there first due to them not answering our phone calls back and because the list was so long. The only thing they fix was the dryer because there was potential for fire due to the way the dryer is set up. This house is so rundown that it should actually be shut down. There is leakage in the glass room right outside, which makes the floor very slippery and there were massive puddles in that room. The screen door outside doesn’t close completely broken, maintenance guy said that they will never fix it or they never plan to fix it. The dishes were all dirty, and the liner that they used to put the clean dishes on is very old wrapping paper, the outside lights never worked so it’s pitch black when you’re trying to walk up a very steep and rocky driveway, one of the guest bedrooms bed is very uncomfortable, and very loud due to the boxspring., The guest bathroom sink faucet never had hot water, the guest shower is either very cold or very hot water. Do not stay!

Clean bedding, bathrooms, and kitchen. Easily can host a large group. Pictures describe it accurately. The inly improvements I would recommend would be to have a pizza cutter and pans in the kitchen. And maintenance the sunroom and backyard. Those spaces appear that the owner isn’t local and hasn’t been by in a while. But overall, I would recommend and stay there again if needed.

Short stay went well

We had 3 married couples and 1 child. There were plenty of beds and space. 1 more bath would have been great but there was plenty of space indoors and out. It was reasonably close to the things we wanted to do. Nice neighborhood. We felt safe and comfortable there. If i had this size gri up in San Antonio again I would consider this place for sure.

We booked this property trusting the listing’s claim that it can accommodate larger groups, and it did not disappoint. There was more than enough space for my large group (11 people). The space was also very clean and the location is perfect. Definitely recommend!

Dirty and in need of repair

The photos are out of date, pots in kitchen dirty had to put them in dishwasher before we used them, closet doors off their hinges in 2 bedrooms, the toilet moved wasn’t fastened to the floor properly, the back yard was dirty and dangerous, electric cables sticky up from ground, paving stones loose, uneven and dirty, screws sticking up from decking, the biggest issue was the amount of dog dirt in the back yard, the outside chair cushions were filthy so couldn’t sit outside. The person who was in the garage had a TV on loud we could hear it in the kitchen. We told the host within 24 hours of arriving he said he would sort it but he DID NOT we asked for partial refund but no joy there either.IGNORED ALL correspondence since

Not what I expected from pictures

I was very disappointed. There were numerous light bulbs burnt out & the door to master was off the hinge. My husband went to the local hardware store & got the materials to fix the door & light bulbs. We were going to a wedding & putting makeup on in the dim light was a problem. Also there is a step down as you walk into the house. It’s very dangerous. I warned both of my 80 year old parents but my mom ended up falling off the edge. Thank God she did not hurt herself. The place was dusty & not a premier host in my opinion. I stay at many VRBO’s & this one did not live up to my expectations.

Awesome Thanksgiving Vacation

We loved this home as it was perfect for us. Very clean and not overly decorated. Dryer and Master bath toilet were a little tricky, but fixable. Kids bedroom was perfect for the little cousins to play and sleep. Location was close to other family and the house was spacious enough that most of us could be together and not be on top of each other. We will be back!
