Very nice hotel. Staff was excellent. Little pricey and lack of food choices on breakfast menu. $6.00 coffee and $4.25 on the only choice of tea seems high for this type of hotel. Would stay there again.

Very nice hotel on riverwalk. Two bars, one at river level, the other on 3rd floor overlooking the river area. Nice 12th-floor room, city view, full floor-to-ceiling windows. Walkable to everything downtown. Valet in front highly recommended tho parking garage is around the corner. Esquire bar, oldest in SATX is right next door.

No balcony from our room, we were on the 15th floor. Not as much of a "river view" due to the canopy of the trees but the corner room had a lot of windows. The room stunk like a gym. The 3rd floor bar had a good view of the river. The experience was definitely not worth the $700 price tag.

Professional, efficient and kind service from desk to dining. Room was clean and spacious. Hotel was beautifully situated on the Riverwalk convenient to restaurants, bars and shopping. The hotel restaurant had a very nice breakfast. We really enjoyed our stay at the Cenopy and highly recommend it.

The room was clean and comfortable, and the toiletries of good quality. There were 2 problems: 1. The handle on the sliding door fell off under normal use. It was extremely heavy, and missed my foot by a hair. 2. The thermostat did not respond when we tried to change the temperature.
