The shower leaked and never turned off. The last night we were there a couple was inappropriate in the pool and nothing was done. The second day they didn’t come clean the room at all and didn’t leave any fresh towels.

Toilet never stopped running, light switches were hanging off, AC barely worked and the rooms are very noisy. The property put us across from another guest that had a noisy, noisy dog. Very disruptive. They also charge extra fees that are not noted when booking. So even though we spent $160 on the room, we had to pay another $116 for a security fee and parking. Honestly, if i knew we had to pay for parking, i would not have booked with this facility. Breakfast was not impressive, very limited seating. The pizza place they let advertise there is absolutely atrocious. Do not order from there. The best part was the staff. They were friendly.

Front desk staff were all excellent. Housekeeping was lackluster. One lady got annoyed because Me opening the door scared her. Room was very dusty and the pillows were musty.
