The location is superb. Very close to River walk. However, when we check in at 3:00 PM, the room is not ready, we waited until 3:30, then found out the pillow covers not ready, and received them until 4:00

First night had to stay across 2 intersections from office and breakfast area. Check in person just points,, “ over there” when we asked how to get there,, it was after midnight. Got switched to a closer room,, thx. But stunk , ironing board was filthy/stained. Bed soft, and no full service when cleaning room. Had to ask for everything. Not Wyndham standards by any means.

Hot shower for the win!!

The room was clean and it was reasonably priced but the only thing I didn’t like was the fact you had to walk across the street to check in/out. Other than that it was pretty good for the one night I stayed. The shower was excellent ! Great water pressure and nice hot water! Great location for things to do!

They dont have the description about the parking lot is not included, also they are not responsible for any damages or losses, top of that the reception is in a diferent block ,from the rooms so you have to go to o a check in and then come back on a traffic street because is down town to go to your room

Overall alright stay. We got surprised by the $15 parking fee charge. Not sure if we overlooked that statement online but would’ve preferred to be aware when booking online.

Be aware. They charge $15 a day for parking. We had a king size bed with only 3 pillows it is right by the Alamo and the river walk, so the location is great. The last when I went for breakfast was nice, but the that was there when I checked in wasn’t helpful at all.
