the room key was broken after calling the front desk, the person came to play the key for a while to make it work, I had to do the same. Besides the hair dryer was having big noise and something loose inside.

I love everything. Its not the best hotel but have all what i want. Its near from the river mall, the alamo, and houston st. Ecerythimg was just minutes away. 5 stars.

The room was clean but had a weird smell. Also, the sink was draining slowing but they fixed it within mins of requesting maintenance. I’m not sure if they were restocking our room but they left it open and we were not there so idk how long it was opened for someone could have stolen our stuff.

Check in was easy. Paid $100 deposit and $16 for parking. The room was good for the 2 nights we stayed during San Antonio marathon weekend. Close to river walk and Alamo. Also was close to main plaza which was the starting line for the marathon.

Worst hotel experience I have had. Way over priced for the product, the hotel room smelled disgusting, there were bugs on the sheets, the air conditioning did not work properly, the TV didn't work, the bathroom sink faucet would spray everywhere if you turned it up too much, the staff checking us in seemed annoyed with us being there, they barely looked up from their phone while checking us in watching videos on his phone. I stay in hotels quite often and this was by far my worst experience.

The room was sort of clean but I'm disrepair and it smelled tricky of mold. There were no towel bars. No paper or pen not when any drawers. The sheets were clean but stained. The bed was ridiculously uncomfortable. Would not recommend.
