Clean, very nice place for the price. We got in after dark and there were no lights outside to find our way, other than that it was excellent. Some of the instructions were confusing but because of not understanding the property fully. But minus the little bit of confusion finding our way with no lights into the room it was take a great little stay. Thank you

Really nice, felt very safe even though I was traveling alone (kinda nerve wracking for me). Host was good at communicating and everything was as the photos showed. The only thing was that the hot water takes a minute to warm up for the shower, but that's pretty normal in an older building. If you know to wait, then you won't keep cranking it up and then be needing to turn it down suddenly hahaha that's a me problem, nothing to do with the property.

Love this cozy place. Very clean and had everything I needed. It was upstairs and the steps were kind of steep so if you have bad knees or struggle with steps, I would avoid. Also, I was not a huge fan with having to park my car on the street. That being said, there was a street light near so that was comforting. Also, I saw several people walking with pets at night so that told me the neighborhood was safe.The location was fairly close to downtown and very close to Trinity University. Overall I would recommend but want to be honest about the parking. If you’re okay with that, then this is the perfect getaway for a couple!!

The hosts were absolutely amazing and it was absolutely beautifully decorated and had everything I needed and more! I absolutely loved the hot tub!! I could not speak highly enough of how nice and accommodating the hosts are. I also used to live in San Antonio so I know this neighborhood is not only very safe but very nice and close to downtown and close to everything you’ll want to see and only like 10 minutes from the airport!! I can’t believe how affordable this place was! When I go back to San Antonio I will definitely be booking here again if it’s available

Our stay was comfortable and easy to reach from the airport. The bed and shower were all we could have asked for. Having a kitchen area that was complete with stove and microwave made eating in a breeze. Spending the evening relaxing in the hot tub completed the enjoyment of this place. Shirley was great, very communicative and friendly! Beautiful home in a lovely neighborhood. Everything was spotless, equipped with everything you might need. Location was great with several great restaurants nearby with easy access to the Pearl district and downtown. Would def stay again!

Lovely stay. Very peaceful and quiet. The carriage house was above the garage and was very well appointed. The access stairs are a bit steep but did have a secure railing so did not prove to be an issue for me. The host was very nice and kind and responded to questions very quickly.

Super cute studio apartment nestled in a wonderful historic neighborhood. The neighborhood felt very safe and we enjoyed walking to Vegan on Main for a wonderful dinner. There is a wall A/C unit that kept the room nice and cool and the king size bed was very comfortable. We didnt really use the kitchenette but it's available with dishes and cookware. We did really appreciate that there was the ability to make coffee in the morning. The apartment is above a garage so there is a set of steep stairs to get up to the apartment but that was not a problem for us. We enjoyed sitting outside in the chairs around the fire circle in the morning to enjoy our coffee. We'll happily stay here again on our next trip to visit our daughter in school here.

The property was gorgeous and the apartment was very comfy and spacious. The stairs were a little steep but nothing crazy. We felt very safe even though we were very close to the downtown area. Absolutely loved the stay.
