First time with Hilton Garden Inn. It was a nice stay. Couple problems with the bathroom regarding cleanliness but overall still a good stay. Great location

Poor Valet Service

Hotel location and quality was very good. Breakfast service and quality was very good. Main issue was the valet service at an overpriced $47 per night. On two occasions during our stay, the staff did not check our car in and we could not request the car in their app. We had to go down to the valet area to personally request the car and upon checkout we had to wait over 40 minutes.

I liked that the hotel was close to a lot of places.Our hotel room and bathroom was dirty . We stayed for for 5 nights and they only cleaned our room ones.We had to call the front desk the other 4 days for clean towels. We love Hilton, but not this time in San Antonio.
