The suites were kept in great shape and the staff were very amicable, tending to your needs efficiently. It was a nice and clean hotel. It was in a great location. The river walk is a very walkable district. The 2 room suite was very spacious, however the beds were very hard and uncomfortable. The breakfast was your average hotel spread, nothing of note but gets the job done. The pool is on the roof, which has spectacular views, but the pool is very small. Staff was very friendly and the valet was always prompt and polite.

My stay was amazing. The only real issue was having to pay for parking but it's understandable considering it's in the heart of San Antonio and parking is scares. But I would have been nice is the hotel had their parking available for guest at no cost. However, it was still an excellent experience.

Clean room except our bathroom outlet wasn’t working & we had to get ready for our concert. So we had to use a different outlet in the living room area till they showed up and tried to fix it. Then had us use an extension cord so we could get ready in front of the mirror in the bathroom. While the maintenance guy was intgeee as well trying to fix the outlet.
