Great place that is on the riverwalk, but out of the main traffic areas so it is more quiet. Nice older hotel that makes it more authentic. The room was great, nice size, very clean, the HVAC was very quiet. Nothing worn or broken. Hotel staff was good.

Valets were great, even when not using the valet parking. Desk staff was not particularly nice. Not enough towels for two people and took a long time to get more. This isn't exactly a deal breaker, but also didn't get my free bottle of wine. Great location, hotel itself was nice.
