Property was good but Expedia and hotel did not two reservations for us when we arrived not two king rooms as we paid for and last unblocked out one room and demanded we pay 460.00 for one night Also next day they said at hotel they would credit us for over charge but still has not credit us. We are not happy with all the troubles.

Overall our experience was very good. The room and the hotel were both lovely. Our view was wonderful! The downsides: 1. Cleaning service didn’t always leave wash cloths. I usually was able to get some but one time I was told there were none available. 2. The rugs in the room didn’t look clean to me and I detected a faint pet odor. 3. We were there at a very busy time and the elevators were super crowded. We had to wait upwards to 10 minutes to catch one to or from our room at times. We were on the 8th floor so stairs weren’t an option. 4. We paid for the valet service. On Sunday morning it was a madhouse with people checking out. We weren’t. We were just trying to leave to meet family at a restaurant. We waited 40 minutes for our car and finally just asked for our keys and went and got it ourselves. 20 minutes of that wait was standing in line just to speak to the valet mgr. to ask for our keys! All that said, the hotel was very nice. The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. The valet staff was excellent as well. I don’t blame them for the long wait, I just think they were understaffed for a very busy time.

We had a great time , hotel is close to everything perfect location only problem was getting vehicle at checkout people has been waiting for 2 hours for there vehicle. My husband went and got ours so we only waited about 30 minutes.

We booked this hotel as it was conveniently located to the Riverwalk and Alamo. Unfortunately, the traffic was outrageous to access the hotel. The noise from the bars and traffic below was so bad. The loud music from the bars below and street traffic went well past 2am. Only 3/5 elevators were working and we spent 45 min waiting for an elevator on the day we checked out to take us from the 6th floor to the lobby. If you are looking for a party location I’m sure it would be great. If you are looking for a nice hotel for a couple/family, this is not the place to stay.

Great property, well managed with many options for dining, drinks and entertainment. We were particularly impressed with the breakfast buffet. Definitely recommend for travelers, families and business meetings.

The only comments is that the bathroom was small and that the rooms were not cleaned until late in the day. Several times when we went back to the room to rest after being out most of the day housekeeping would show up late in the afternoon and we would have to leave the room.

Did not like that you could hear people right next to us and plus a door to the next room. Ruins the privacy. Shower head didn’t work great either. I don’t know if I would go to this one again. They charge a fee of 25 just because which made no sense to me at all. I didn’t get water when I arrived and to have to pay $36 a person to eat breakfast is ridiculous. For the cost of the room this should be included. Not really what I expected.
