Omni La Mansion is the best Riverwalk-DT hotel. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The pool is fantastic with unique architecture. The room was very spacious, clean, and the balcony view over the riverwalk was perfect scenery for my morning coffee. Absolutely the best.

Our first room was at 80 degrees and thw fan was broken the first night our second day we were moved to another room, which was smaller and more compact which made the stay pretty disappointing for an omni experience and celebrating a special birthday weekend. However, the staff was amazing and did a great job throughout the process. Just sad about the building experience

This is the fourth time we've visited San Antonio and the fourth time we've stayed here. It's a beautiful place -- great atmosphere, great restaurants, great rooms. The pool is very family friendly and our grandson had a great time in it every evening. Best of all -- stairs from the hotel lead right to the River Walk.

The entire staff and everyone we had interaction and contact with was excellent. From valet parking, lobby staff, room service bar, etc everyone was excellent and friendly and helpful. Already have another stay scheduled for October.
