The staff at this hotel was great! The beds were uncomfortable to sleep on and the room was too warm at night even after trying to adjust the thermostat. Beware if you bring pets to the hotel. You can’t leave your pets unattended in the hotel (even though we did bring a crate). I was not aware of this and the website didn’t specify. Other than that the hotel is very convenient to easy get to the Riverwalk.

Room was not clean, trash from previous guest was still in the garbage can. My shower was also dirty, there was large booger on the shower wall and hair all over the place. I did not know my glass doors were facing a hallway either. This required me to keep my curtain closed at all times unless I wanted other folks to walk by and see me in my room. Other than this, I had a pretty good time, service was good and I enjoyed how close it was to the riverwalk.

We have stayed here before and we were celebrating our 52nd wedding anniversary so we were excited until we went in our tiny room that was supposed to have a private balcony on the river. It did have a balcony but was connected to 3 other rooms. I complained but to no avail. We won’t be staying there again when we visit San Antonio-very disappointing!
