Arrived at property at 3:35pm for check in. They wanted to charge an early check in fee because check in is at 4:00pm. We sat in lobby until 4:01 to save us the extra charge. So inconvenient! I understand a charge if you request a room 3-4 hours prior to check in.

Staff wasn’t very friendly. The best people worked the valet stand and they were great. The front desk staff acted shocked when I requested clean towels and for my room to be cleaned. The room was ok and the location is within walking distance for several attractions.

Ice machine in the room didn’t work, when we went down to ask for ice they made it seem like I was asking for “gold”. No hot water. Went down to request more towels, was instructed they would be brought to me; took over an hour to get them. Staff was definitely not the friendliest. Would not stay again.

Perfect location

We enjoyed our stay very much. We were impressed with the facility. The safety and security was great. The room was spacious. Parking available in their parking garage and price is pretty reasonable. Perfect location for downtown and Riverwalk area. Everything within walking distance.

Fantastic location, great room, very clean. I loved my view from the top floor. So relaxing! Just a short walk from the Alamo and the River Walk. My only complaints are that the room didn't come with any soap (no hand soap, dish soap, or dishwasher soap) or any other items except for the shampoo/conditioner/body wash on the wall of the shower. I don't know if that was standard or if they just forgot to put the items in my room. Also, my coffee maker did not work - not a big deal since they have 24/7 coffee in the lobby, hallelujah!
