We stayed here for a mini staycation in town. Great place to stay if you're looking for easy access to downtown or the Riverwalk. We had a 1 bedroom suite that was quite bigger than we had originally expected. It even had a small kitchen. The room was clean and spacious with a decent view. No smells or anything abnormal. Easy, convenient, safe, and quiet. Lots of dining options within walking distance and it didn't feel unsafe to walk around late at night but we only stayed within the area or the Riverwalk. Parking is not an option here, or at least we didn't find one, but they do have valet parking. There are parking options in the area if you're looking to pay around $25-$50 per night. We did not pay for parking as we ubered from our residence. Overall, would definitely stay here again.

The stay was good. We had an issue with the toilet handle which was broken and hanging off the side. Luckily it still worked. There was also a stain on the toilet rim. I should’ve taken a picture but instinctively cleaned it.
