We requested rooms with king beds and got queens. The billing is wrong and we have been overcharged. The staff at the desk seemed more interested in getting out of sight and back in the office than being at the front desk. They also seem to need more training on their systems.

Booked a double bed room and when i arrived at the hotel they did not have my room. They gave me a full bed and sofabed. I had to sleep on a chair because it was not enough space.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The breakfasts were delicious, the rooms were spotless, and the staff was extremely polite and welcoming. I also loved that checkout was at 12:00 — it gave us time to enjoy a relaxed morning and have breakfast without rushing. Overall, a wonderful experience. Highly recommend!

We need a place close to the National Shooting Complex. The hotel is just 4 miles away. Our stay was nice and enjoyable, the room was clean, the environmental controls worked perfectly, the bed was very comfortable. We will happily stay here again next time we are in the area.

I highly recommend this hotel if you’re planning a family trip to SeaWorld! The shuttle service to and from the park made everything so convenient, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and made our stay stress-free we’ll definitely be back!
