Pros: The fitness center and pool were great. The breakfast buffet was amazing. They even had a pool table (old and beat up, but I’ve never seen one in a hotel). It was right off the highway and convenient to Lackland AFB, where we were visiting. Cons: The floors were sticky everywhere. The beds and pillows were not comfortable. No one in our family slept well. And the AC was extremely loud. The staff was trying but they were understaffed.

The room had a weird smell. People were knocking on the door at night and running. You can hear the people next door and I feel like we shouldn’t reuse towels because that wipe dirt back on you.!

There was very little places to put things like clothes or baggage. I think it was overpriced for being a basic room. However I did like the heated indoor pool. I would stay here again if only for a night; would not recommend for an extended stay
