property on the outside looks nice especially the pool area. It's really nice inside. The lobby is nice but I have to say the room was really outdated and a furniture looked really beat up and we didn't have made service come and help pick up our room when we left, which was kind of a downfall to the experience, but the workers upfront at the desk were amazing and super attentive

The facilities are aesthetically pleasing however this room needs attention in the bathroom, particularly. The plumbing does not seem to be working for the Toilet bowl it did not flush and the sink does not seem to be draining water properly clearly a plumbing issue.

Our stay was good, just a few issues, they have laundry facilities but you have to get quarters somewhere else. There is construction across the street that starts pretty early and is really loud. Breakfast was great lots of options that changed daily.

This is our 2nd time staying at this property. The 1st time was in June 2024 and then again in March 2025. The property is well-maintained, however, the rooms need to have some updates. The bathrooms could use some ventilation fans and some additional towel hooks. The refrigerators are energy saving, but we lost some food not knowing about the "button" to turn it on. Overall, we would stay again, but some updates would need to be made. We would keep it on our list as possibles, but also look at other options.

Cant never go wrong with Hampton great price,delicious hot breakfast, spacous and clean property,comfortable bed. The only downside is paid parking thats deducted from your deposit,and parking is a bit tight. And there is alot of elevator traffic in the morning only 2/3 is for guest. But other than that i had a comfortable pleasant experience here. Will definitely come back.

This was a great hotel for our family. I loved the heated pool, fire pit and the location. It seemed like everywhere we went was about 15 minutes away. The breakfast waffles were good. My children loved making their own. I liked the coffee, tea, and water stations being available 24 hours. The rooms were clean and comfortable. We had a microwave and small refrigerator in the room which helped with snacks. There is a nightly charge for parking. I was going to give 4 stars for this because it wasn’t clear, but after researching… every hotel does this. Overall, I would def stay here again. It was reasonably priced and perfect for our needs. We were out on adventures most of the time.
