We loved the room, the beauty of the hotel, and it's convenience. The only things that could have been better were more affordable parking on-site and maids were not informed of which day we would leave and so knocked on our door and asked every morning.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the Horton. The property was lovely and tree service was wonderful. I love the charm and uniqueness of this place. So many hotels have a corporate, sterile feel.but here you find a warm and home-like embrace.

Short on amenities…..limited lighting….no mirrors, except for the bathroom…no counter space. The bed was great, but the pillows were hard to sleep on. Key system didn’t always work…many trips from fourth floor to the lobby for working keys.
