The initial room we were given had a strong odor of urine so we immediately asked for another room. The second room we were sent to smelled like cigarette smoke and this is listed as a non smoking hotel. I did not feel like changing rooms for a third time so we just dealt with it and found another hotel in the morning. Im not sure how these rooms are cleared by housekeeping with these strong odors. Would not stay here again.

I called multiple times and was never offered anything, but a they’re leaving later and I’ll let the manager know. Then the day we’re checking out were followed by a worker asking if we stayed there because food is for people who stay there. Again I stayed here 4 months before with no issues. $975 spent on a disaster. How about a refund,
