Super Late Checkin

I called hitel as my flight was arriving late. My flight was delayed and we got in after the magic hour of 3am. There was a new system and the lady was amazing at trying reverse the system saying i was a no show to check me in. She was having a hard time with the new system. It took a very long time and i was exausted. It took almost an hour. She was sooo nice and kept trying rather then me giving up and paying for another room. I wish there was a better process.
