Location was good as it was right off the I8, besides that the hotel is mediocre at best. The hotel itself (besides the lobby ) was outdated. Our room had a hole on the floor, there was a dent in the ceiling, and one of sheets were dirty. The noise carries in the hotel so not ideal for light sleepers. Hotel receptionist didn’t run through anything with me I had to ask all the questions. For the value I guess that is what you get and it’s definitely not a 4 star hotel.

I loved my stay here aside from it being difficult to get to and from. But overall rating is low because i was never sent a receipt they promised me at checkout. I have called and asked SEVERAL time over the phone since my stay for my receipt to be emailed to me and they haven’t sent it once. I have no record of what was charged to me for this stay.

Smell in hallway was terrible; ac made harsh noises at times, overall housekeeping was good but would short us on towels as 4 guests in room. They forgot to clean the room one day even though we requested 24 hours before service. They forgot to fill body lotion and body wash, restaurant food was okay, overall staff were good, has to use service elevators to access room from garage; construction smell was terrible; ice vending machine was broken throughout out entire 5 night stay
