Overwhelming smell of paint in room. Was moved to another room that then had a moldy smell to it. I asked for a refund and was told no because I prepaid for the room. Not even sure how that’s possible because I didn’t actually pay for anything until I showed up at the hotel.

We were 3 adults in a suite as honors members. Sofa bed very uncomfortable, extra linens/pillows/blankets were not present, but did show up as requested. Both bathroom door locks were broken. Bathroom mirrors were separating from backing. Bathroom faucet loose. No in room bottled water. No work area as TV took up all the desk space.

It did the job. We were visiting the universities in the area so we were close enough to get where we needed to go. The hotel is right off the highway so that is the view. Parking is too expensive for where it is. In my opinion it should be included in the cost. $37 is quite a lot. Given the location is not walkable, it would make sense to include breakfast as well. The rooms were spacious and clean. I enjoyed the morning coffee and having a fridge in the room. Overall, it served the purpose but nothing to rave about.

I liked the look outside and in the lobby but the parking was confusing, not good directions, and pricey. Sineage to the pool was lacking, no complimentary coffee, The bed was nice and TV was good but the mirror in the bathroom was peeling.

Overall hotel it’s in a nice area .. safe parking.. not as quiet as we though, room service started at 7:30am, door was knock at 830 wen the check out was at 12noon… you can hear the cleaning in the next room @ 7am .. very upset
