Everyone was very friendly. The breakfast was delicious. Our bed was nice and comfy. Very easy. Check in and check out. And I was also obsessed with the fact that it used to be a hospital!!!!!!!!!

Still the best hotel.

One of the bar lounge servers was short w us and took awhile to bring us drinks and to others as well when we first arrived. Quince was a great bartender and very attentive the next evening when we sat at the bar. Made up for the bad experience. We ran short of toilet paper and body wash. Front desk accommodated us but shouldn’t have been needed if room was adequately stocked. Still my favorite hotel.

It's a beautiful property. The staff was amazing and we were able to check in an hour early with no issues. The apothecary lounge was neat and the drinks were great. The bed was comfortable and the room has all the necessary amenities. I'll definitely be staying here again.

Checking in was atrocious.. the locks didn't work on the door and had to wait.. and freaking with the staff at the front was a tremendous disappointment.. I've stayed there several times, but after this last experience i may not stay there again.

It’s smack between the highway and Central Ave. Rooms in front of the hotel are crazy noisy. They do not have ear plugs. Only stay if in the back. The breakfast was weird. Eggs were cold, pancakes were cold. Properties piped music alternates Tony Bennett and Beethoven. Those two genres over and over. Again, a little weird.

Loved the roof top bar and the happy hour! The prickly pear margaritas were amazing. Also liked how quiet the hotel was and the open all night hot tub thats private and surronded by trees, and bushes. Loved all the outdoor sitting and walking paths. Finally liked how the hotel had an old fashion feel but everything was new and clean.
