The room was in good condition, but a little dated. Breakfast in Saturday was only available in form of buffet, you couldn't order from.menu, and the elevators were all defective, without signs on the doors, causing people not know what was going on.

Staff was not friendly. Not one smile from any of them. On the day i arrived, two out of three elevators worked, the second day, 1 out of 3 elevators worked and on the last day, none of the elevators worked. My disabled uncle had to go down 4 flights of stairs. Mind you, there are 10 floors in this hotel. Terrible. Do not recommend. Will never stay here again.

Elevator is not working during our stay. We decided to stay at crown hotel for a couple of hours instead of waiting our lay over at the airport but it turn out disaster. we got stranded in the lobby for more than 2 hours and need to go back to the airport after a couple of hours.
