Room was not cleaned during the stay so we didn’t have clean towels for the second day , water in bathroom sink does not drain and one of the door key cards didn’t work at all and the other barely worked , beds were comfy no real complaints , convenient to the freeway and airport

Hotel near SFO but old and need reno

Booked 4 double rooms, 2 nights. Took forever to check in. She forgot to give bf coupons. When I asked, she gave 2 coupons for each room. I told her should be 4 coupons per room (2 pp 2 nights stay). She asked if I wanted all room clean tomorrow morning and I said yes. When we came back at 9 pm, none was clean and no coffee refill. Next morning I came down to tell what happened, front desk (different staff) told me to email to the manager. Room is comfortable but bathroom is old. Bath tap made loud noise when turn on water.

Burn it down

Well, the whole hotel itself looks like it’s been renovated needs to be renovated or is ready for demolition. I don’t know what’s going on. There’s paint covering up on all the walls tape all the food downstairs and drinks were all empty. There was only basic water and Gatorade from like Costco or something the restaurant was horrible. The food was disgusting. I don’t even know why we paid for it. The only thing that place has gone forward is it’s right alongside the water. The room itself was actually comfortable and clean. Everything else was horrible and there were people smoking in this pool area.

We book for. 5 night from those 5 day we stay 4 we left the note on the door for room service come n add toilet paper that have runner pit as well the body wash. We return to the room nothing was done and on our day to check out that’s when room service want to come to open the door with us there. On the second night we call room service for have room diner they told ur they will call us back still to this date waiting for that call.
