I felt the staff was kind and accommodating and the room was functional at best. However, the hotel in general needs updating. The rooms and common areas are a bit older but still clean and functional.

All the staff, especially Emely at the front desk, were very professional, courteous, helpful, and friendly. Gym and indoor pool were terrific. Breakfast was also very good. Great value.

The property itself is decent, but the customer service could use significant improvement. Upon check-in, there was a young woman behind the front desk who was not in uniform, appeared disheveled and extremely tired, and wore a noticeable frown-definitely not a welcoming first impression. Additionally, Deena at the front desk had an unapproachable attitude that made it clear she didn't want to be there, which was disappointing and off-putting. A more professional and friendly demeanor from the staff would greatly enhance the guest experience. The bathroom towels a hard and stiff as well.

Of the properties you’re very average very basic hotel. Nothing updated no frills. If you’re looking for a nice decent room, this is a good place Transportation wise, you do need to be prepared to take a lift or rent a car. I walked for about 10 minutes and most of the things I passed were closed down permanently. This definitely requires you to take a lift to any of the local restaurants and eateries it’s not an ideal location for San Francisco. Francisco. I think it would be better off staying in a more residential part. I probably would not stay again due to the location, but I did appreciate the shuttle

This hotel was close to the airport. It has an airport shuttle bus that was very convenient. It was within 10-15 minute walk to a plethora of restaurants.
