Everything was great! My King bed was super comfy and my room was clean. The free breakfast was eggs, sausage and other hot and cold options. Parking was free and the room rate was reasonable. I look forward to staying again!

The room itself was nice but the staff was not. I had one positive interaction with the staff at this location and the rest were all negative. There was also a promised full room cleaning after the third night and we never received a full room clean. The front desk also told me there was a crib charge which I later found out was not true, I don’t know what the at employee planned to do with the “crib charge” but it was very disappointing. Overall not a great experience and I would not recommend this location to anyone.

Front desk checked my husband in for the first night and when I arrived on the next night they claimed they didn’t (but he had his room key and slept in the room) and had to use his credit card again. That didn’t make any sense to us.

We had 2 separate reservations for 2 nights in a row. My husband checked in on Tuesday and let the staff know. They took his credit card information and processed him in. When I arrived the next day we told the staff at check in about the additional car. The guy said my husband wasn’t checked in for the day before and reprocessed him in again. Made no sense to the both of us and another guest standing there. The keys worked.

Everything was really good except I kept having trouble with my key/getting into my room. I had to get a new key at least 4 times in 2 nights. Will stay again but hopefully they will replace those old key card locks.

The room was beautifully cleaned and furnished. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Price was great and location was perfect!!! I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Redwood city. We will definitely stay here again!
