To start it took a minute to get someone to help at the front desk, it was like they were hiding cause every time we tried to go to the front desk window no one was there. Was assigned a room facing the street and when walked inside the room it smelled very musty. Stains everywhere… on the bedsheets, towels, parts of the walls. It gave very uncanny vibe. When closing the door behind us, it took us a minute to lock the door. Actually, never really was able to. Luckily we tried it from the outside and we weren’t able to get in we were fortunate enough no one was able to come in. Before going to bed we actually had to put a chair and our ice chest in front of the door so no one tried coming into the room. During the night there was an obnoxiously loud room next to us blasting music, screaming and talking loud at 2AM. Called front desk and they made it seem like they didn’t understand we were frustrated with a noise complaint. Asked if they could help quiet down the room and so they kept calling our room but we finally had to call them back on our phones saying it was the room next to us. After the loudest night of hearing the street cars, people walking by and the neighbors banging on the doors it was time to check out. After getting our stuff to leave we tried closing the door behind us and it was not closing / locking at all. After waiting to talk to front desk about checking out and the door, the guy could really care less about the door not able to close for that room.

I didn't stay there, the room was terrible. It was dirty, smelly and noisy. This is a total scam, the room was nothing like the picure & description on the web. Also they charge the parking fee which wasn't described when I made a reservation. The staff was very unfriendly and even mean. I ask for full refund since I didn't stay. I love Expedia to book hotels during my trips, so far I was very happy with most hotels I have stayed. But definitely not this hotel, you need to take out this hotel from your list or provide real photos of this filthy place.

The room was ok, it was very basic. There was no carpet and the painted concrete floor was very sticky. It just didnt feel super clean, the bedside lights also didnt work. So we had to use the main overhead lights all the time. The back of the tv remote kept coming off. We also had to pay extra for parking per day. They seemed to charge extra on almost anything. The location was convenient tho.
