This is an enclosed motel. I found it comfortable and a bit retro. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance. (I had no car, but parking is available.). It is a short walk to the Millbrae BART station so access to the airport and the Bay Area is easy.

Overall a good stay. We mainly came down for work so didn't spend much time in the hotel/room. But from what we could, the room, sheets, and bathroom were clean. Our hair dryer broke and we went down to the lobby to get a replacement and they immediately gave us a new one to use, so the service was attentive. Very close to the airport and walkable to BART and Caltrain. A couple small things that I would change is the lighting inside the room, it was pretty dark and hard to see inside when it got dark outside and our room door was quite difficult to open at times. We'd have to scan our key card 3-4 times and we had to put our whole body weight on the door to open it. (Could be user error). Overall pleasant experience!m though and would say again if the opportunity arose.

Very upgraded/gentrified motel with exterior corridors. it works well and I think it is my hotel (motel?) of choice when I need to stay near SFO. Very reasonably priced, nice people, FREE PARKING!!!

Great older hotel. The hotel has brought in a number of creature comforts that few other more contemporary hotels have done. Very quiet rooms although the hotel is located probably not more than 150 to 200 yards away from an Amtrak station and less than a mile from an SFO runway. Did not hear single train or jet during my stay. The housekeeping staff maintains a very clean room.
