Bright ground floor apartment with garden and separate entrance is located in a quiet and peaceful area of the city. It is just a few minutes walk from the historic center, the train station and all amenities.
The apartment is very spacious and well furnished internally, it also has a lovely outdoor area with an exclusive and equipped loggia where you can spend pleasant breakfasts and lunches in the open air in front of the private garden.
The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people ideal for families, has two double bedrooms and two large bathrooms both with shower in the sleeping area, while the living area is a single open-space consisting of a modern equipped kitchen, a table dining room and a living room with TV and sofa that can become a bed if needed.
San Giovanni Valdarno besides being the birthplace of Masaccio and having a beautiful historic center to visit, it offers the possibility of traveling by train or car to visit art-rich cities such as Florence (reachable in 30 minutes), Arezzo (20 minutes) or Siena (40 minutes).
For those who are looking for breathtaking hilly landscapes, visiting medieval villages and enjoying good wine, I recommend a nice tour of the Chianti region starting from the nearby Gaiole in Chianti (15 minutes by car) and then visiting Radda, Castellina and finally arriving at Greve in Chianti.
Other beautiful landscapes are in the nearby Castelfranco di Sopra to see the crags or in Loro Ciuffenna considered among the most beautiful villages and from here it is also possible to climb the Pratomagno.

I would recommend this property HIGHLY like a home away from home

The owners Massimo and Tania were just incredible. Massimo communicated quickly on questions I had before my trip and on Whats App after we arrived. The property is about 20 minutes walk through town, to the train station. I asked about taxis when arrival with luggage, and he picked us up! It is located in a very quiet neighborhood with a great view of the countryside and nice patio. The property has everything you need. We were left with a wonderful bottle of wine. The kitchen is equipped with coffee and coffee machine, and all the dishes and cooking utensils you would need if you wanted to cook. I was also impressed with all of the recycling containers available. The place was immaculately clean. Incredible hosts and great accommodation.

This became our vacation home for the month of May

The property is of new and modern construction with all the amenities you would want. The grounds are landscaped, with beautiful trees and plants and the front deck is perfect for evening wine and snacks overlooking countryside hills in the distance. We would definitely stay here again while visiting this region of Tuscany. Centrally located to be able to reach northern and southern Tuscany by car or train.

Wonderful stay in the heart of Tuscany

We had a wonderful stay at Frem House! Everything was as advertised and San Giovanni Valdorno is a very good starting location for visits throughout Tuscany. The owners, Massimo and Tania, are very friendly and helpful! Really wonderful people who added just that little extra to our stay!

Our stay in San Giovanni Valdarno was amazing! Massimo was the best of hosts! The place was perfect! It was roomy and comfortable with all the amenities to make our stay cozy! We will definitely go back and highly recommend for anyone traveling to that area! A great location for easy day trips!

Wir können diese Ferienwohnung nur wärmstens empfehlen!!... Und sagen unserem Vermieter ganz herzlich "mille Grazie"! Wir wurden persönlich von Massimo empfangen.1 Flasche Chianti, hübsch mit 2 Weingläsern arrangiert, fühlten sich sofort nach Urlaub an. Vielen Dank, für diesen herzlichen Willkommensgruß! :) Schon beim Eintreten ist man begeistert! Einfach super, komplett ausgestattet, sauber, modern, mit 2 tollen Schlafzimmern, 2 wunderschönen Bädern und einem stilvoll eingerichtetem Wohnraum mit Essküche! Es wurde an alles gedacht, so dass man seinen Urlaub völlig genießen kann! Die Klimaanlage, gerade bei sehr heißen Temperaturen, so wie wir sie jetzt erlebt haben, war von großem Luxus! Auf der Terrasse kann man abends, gemütlich mit einem Glas Wein, den Abend ausklingen lassen. Die Verständigung, ohne italienische Sprachkenntnisse, war super ! Die Lage der Ferienwohnung am Rande der Stadt ist ideal. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind innerhalb weniger Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Kurzum, die Ferienwohnung ist ein Traum !!!

Très belle maison, bien meublé et bien située

Nous avons passé de belles vacances où la maison est bien située. Près du centre du village et surtout de la gare, où nous avons pu prendre le train pour aller visiter Florence ! Massimo était très serviable et très sympathique !! Merci pour tout !

Perfekt 🇨🇮

Wir können diese schöne Ferienwohnung in guter Lage sehr empfehlen. Es hat nichts gefehlt (die Ausstattung ist sehr gut und sauber). Vom Vermieter sind gute Ausflugsmöglichkeiten zur Information in einer Mappe zusammengestellt. Man kann in der näheren Umgebung viel interessante Unternehmungen machen. Städte wie Florenz, Arezzo,Sienna , Natur im Chiantigebiet und Umgebung, kleine schöne Gemeinden / Bademöglichkeiten in der Natur (Stausee, Bergbäche), Therme sind nur einige Möglichkeiten. Wir haben hier einen sehr schönen Urlaub hier verbracht. Vielen Dank an die nette Familie Rinaldi !

FREM HOUSE THE BEST ONE

sono appena rientrato da una vacanza in Toscana presso FREM HOUSE a San Giovanni Valdarno...soggiorno eccellente. La casa bellissima e super accessoriata pienamente corrispondente alla descrizione del sito e anche di più. Tutto a disposizione dagli spazi alle spezie. Il padrone di casa Massimo, una persona molto simpatica ed ospitale. Da consigliare e da ritornare senza ombra di dubbio

Sorprendente!

Abbiamo soggorionato presso la struttura di Massimo dal 25 al 28.04.2019. Le foto non rendono giustizia all'appartamento: è stupendo, nuovo, dotato di ogni comfort, curato nei minimi dettagli. E che dire dell'ospitalità ? Abbiamo conosciuto delle persone fantastiche, gentilissime e disponbilissime. Sarà il ns punto di riferimento per i prossimi viaggi nella zona di Arezzo !
